Heather joined J Bennett and Son 1989 working alongside Director, Robert Newton. Having helped with the integration of Robert's previous insurance broker she moved to the J Bennett & Son accounts department being promoted to Accounts and Office Manager in 1991.

Having taken a short maternity break Heather rejoined the company in 2000 as Company Secretary, a position she continues to hold today. In her spare time she enjoys umpiring netball, swimming, holidaying and the occasional glass of wine.
