Lee Sargent is the Private Client Team Manager for both J Bennett & Son and Mathews Comfort, leading the division with a steady blend of experience, care, and attention to detail.

With over 25 years in the industry—starting as an office junior straight out of school—Lee has built deep expertise in Private Client insurance, as well as niche areas like sports and prestige cars and even hot air balloons. Known for his strong relationships and thorough approach, he’s committed to making sure every client feels well looked after.

Outside of work, Lee loves cheering on Wycombe Wanderers and getting to a good concert whenever family life allows.
