Having successfully applied for Investors in People accreditation in 2005, we have now been through two reviews and continue to place a strong emphasis on training and development. The majority of our staff dealing with customers hold an industry recognised qualification. They cannot however, rest on their laurels as they must demonstrate their continuing professional development, not only to the IIP assessors, but also to the CII and the FSA.
We have found that the IIP framework helps us to ensure we remain focussed on ensuring our staff remain at the top of their game, and continue to provide excellent and competent customer service.
