Established in 1908, J. Bennett & Son is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the Home Counties, providing commercial and personal insurance and risk management advice.

Although we have an old fashioned attitude to service, we are innovative in our approach to modern technology and embrace new systems which enhance our service to you.

The company has grown steadily over the years by means of natural organic growth and the astute acquisition of other broking businesses. The acquisition trail started with the purchase of JR Assurance Services and Lance Smith in 1989 and continued, when we bought Price Picton and J R Hardy in 1999. Most recently, we joined forces with D G Carr & Co in 2009.
