Should you have to make a claim, you will find our dedicated
claims team to be understanding and sympathetic. We are experienced
in handling all aspects of a claim, progressing matters to a
satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring
that you are kept fully informed throughout.
Any likely losses, however minor, and whatever their nature, should
be reported either to us, or the appropriate Helpline, as soon as
possible. This will enable us to advise you, and will satisfy the
policy condition that all losses must be reported without
delay.
